Lecturer in Performing Arts

**About the Role**:
You will prepare, deliver and manage effective learning strategies to ensure learners attain agreed learning objectives/qualifications as a Course Leader for Performing Arts; You will be required to teach across multiple levels including Level 2, Level 3 and a new qualification at Level 4. Given enrolment numbers you must be prepared to infill levels, as well as maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. You will manage the dance/musical theatre units in coordination with the Drama and Singing Tutors across a range of technical disciplines including ballet, tap, jazz and Physical Theatre facilitating the dance and movement module assessments with clear progressive feedback for students.

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learner.
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.

It is recognised that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.
