**The Role**

**Seeking a Real Estate Associate 2-7 years PQE to join this internationally regarded firm in the buzzing **Birmingham** office, with flexible/home working available.**

Dealing in all aspects of real estate law, you will have a varied caseload consisting of energy, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, student housing, affordable housing, leasing transactions, healthcare and more.

Supporting key clients for the business, you'll manage the full selection of real estate transactions. In response to client needs, much emphasis will be placed on providing landlord and tenant advice to multiple blue-chip companies

With such a broad range of matters will come the opportunity for specialism; this firm will look to support you as you begin to become an industry-leader in your choice of real estate law.

You will be working closely alongside the experienced partners, giving you exposure to some of the most qualified
lawyers in the market, who will look to further your progression and aid in the development of your skills.

**Requirements**:

- You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with 2-7 years' experience
- You will have strong communication and team skills
- You will be seeking vast career progression and keen for business development
