Your new role
As Senior Payroll Coordinator you will be an integral part of a dedicated and friendly payroll team. You will support in the processing of weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Duties include:

- Processing of all new starters and leavers, changes to terms and conditions and absence recording and reporting
- Production of weekly and monthly Bacs reports
- Pension Auto Enrolment processing and administration
- Compliance with HMRC legislation
- Providing guidance and support to payroll administrator and coordinators and deputising for the Payroll Manager when required

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within a varied payroll focused role. You will have an excellent understanding of current payroll legislation and policies. You will have a proven ability of working to tight deadlines while maintaining high levelsof accuracy. Experience of using Microsoft Excel, including V-Look ups is advantageous.
