**Curriculum Leader
- Lecturer in Electrical Installation**

As Curriculum Leader -Lecturer in Electrical Installation, you will lead and manage a high-performing, efficient, and effective team, ensuring high levels of student achievement and progression and high levels of student satisfaction.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- To assist with the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Installation provision including timetabling, raising the quality of the learning experience of students and their levels of satisfaction, and embedding a positive commitment to the development of appropriate progression pathways.
- To support the development of the curriculum offer to meet the developing needs of students, employers and the local community.
- To promote and enable the expectations of the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment within the curriculum area, ensuring that all students develop knowledge, understanding, skills and abilities within a secure, challenging and stimulating educational environment.
- Carry out allocated teaching and associated duties.

Sharing your skills and knowledge, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
