**About the role**:
Due to high demand in the area, ABC Teachers are looking to recruit a reliable and flexible Cover Supervisor to work in our Secondary Schools in Solihull and the surrounding areas. The successful Cover Supervior will have a passion for working with children and keen to help them meet their learning outcomes. Your duties will include supervision of an average class size during an absence of a teacher. You will be covering pre-set materials to students and assisting them in relevant activities where needed.

**About the school**:
The schools I work with in the South Birmingham area are supportive and welcoming to new staff. They are convenient to get to and most have on-site parking.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:

- Confidence to manage behaviour in an average class size
- A Degree level qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- A minimum of 5 days working in sole control of children that we can reference
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
