Accounts Assistant

Project Heating Solutions are one of the UKs largest and fastest growing Renewables companies. We are a family run business with a passion for customer care and reducing the countries carbon footprint by supplying and installing solar PV systems and battery solutions. WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Generating and sending invoices to customers
- Reconciling and posting bank receipts
- Generating statements for outstanding balances
- Dealing with full account reconciliations
- Chasing debtors for payment of outstanding invoices
- Reconcile banking.
- Maintaining company records
- Arranging imports and deliveries regarding imports
- Dealing with stock through SAGE

**Core skills and competencies**:

- Competent with financial reporting with experience
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills particularly in EXCEL
- AAT Qualified to level 3 minimum
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Experience is SAGE, QuickBooks or Xero

Start date provisionally 17th April to allow for 1 months notice at your previous job if applicable
