We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Geography Curriculum Leader to lead our
Geography Department.

We are looking for a Curriculum Leader who has an ambitious vision for Geography. They will
have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of what a challenging and well sequenced
Geography curriculum looks like and how this should be implemented to enable all students to
achieve great outcomes. In the classroom they will be an excellent practitioner who models
great teaching. They will be open to becoming even better through high quality CPD and
incremental coaching. Outside of the formal curriculum they will have a real commitment to
delivering enrichment and extracurricular activities as part of our ‘Life to the full’ programme.
