**Job Description**:
Major Job Functions

A fantastic opportunity to be front of house here at Finning. You will be front customer facing.
- Accept and connect incoming and external phone calls- Greet all visitors and put them in contact with the person required while maintaining a record of all Visitors but ensuring they sign the Visitor book in and out and complete and issue passes when required- Maintain a tidy a pleasant reception area- Maintain the Corporate Directory as required- Manage wifi access for guests as required- Individual Competencies- Customer Focus: Being successful means continuously paying attention to customer needs and adapting as these evolve. This heightens the importance of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions.- Cultivates Innovation: Paying attention to what customers want and need - new and improved products, services, solutions, and experiences. Taking initiative and collaborating with people who have diverse points of view. Embrace the mindset you and Finning are never done, never satisfied, never standing still.- Drives Results: Infusing the team and organisations with a sense of urgency. No lost or misdirected calls.- Education and Experience- Previous receptionist experience desirable- Experience of Mitel telephone system desirable- Working Environment- Office basedAccountabilities- Accept and connect incoming and external phone calls- Greet all visitors and put them in contact with the person required- Maintain an accurate record of all visitors, ensuring they sign the Visitor book in and out and complete and issue passes when required- Maintain a tidy and pleasant reception area-
- Maintain the site access control passes- Maintain visitor PPE
