Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a** Room Care Technician** devoted into turning moments into memories for our guests. We have an exciting opportunity for a **Room Care Technician** dedicated in delivering amazing service all day every day.
As a **Room Care Technician** at Fairmont Windsor Park, you will assist the Chief Engineer and the engineering team to ensure smooth and effective running of the entire Fairmont Windsor Park building and grounds. The **Room Care Technician** will be hands on with the engineering team and assist in maintaining and improving the Fairmont Windsor Park brand and hotel to the highest of standards.
Your job is to help maintain the building and grounds to the Fairmont brand standards without compromising the guest experience. To deliver on this promise, it all starts with the right attitude and eagerness to provide seamless service to our guests at every opportunity.
**What we are looking for**:
- A dedicated focus towards guest experience, ensuring our hotel facilities always meet the standards promised.
- A competent ‘hands on’ person who will ensure fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and assures any defects are corrected promptly.
- Someone who will always carry out emergency repairs affecting guest bedrooms and services with an immediate effect.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
