**What this job involves**:
This role involves working closely with various internal stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams, to ensure that contract terms and conditions are aligned with the company's business objectives and legal requirements with a a focus on both the client MSA and supply chain contracts.

The Commercial Contracts Lead must possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of contractual obligations and legal implications. The role will also have Executive oversight of the Performance and Governance functions across the Account.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:
**Strategy development**:
Collaborate with the Account Director, FD and other senior leaders to develop a commercial strategy aligned with the accounts overall goals and objectives to ensure profitability of account for JLL.

Account SME on the terms of the MSA in order to provide relevant guidance/understanding and risk mitigation for JLL and the Account, in particular an understanding of the commercial terms of the contract and work with Finance to create an account strategy which ensures global alignment across all countries.

**Financial management**:
Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, such as revenue, costs, and profitability. Prepare and present reports on commercial risk exposure, mitigation efforts, and emerging trends to senior management and key stakeholders.

**Account profitability**:
Work closely with the FD and regional finance teams to understand any areas where JLL management fee could be at risk and ensure mitigating actions are taken on a contemporaneous basis to reduce exposure.

**Process Improvement**:
Continuously evaluate and improve the contract management process to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance overall contract performance. Implement best practices and tools to streamline contract lifecycle management.

**Business development**:
Work across the JLL Business to identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion for the client Account.
Develop and maintain relationships with the client and relevant stakeholders.

**Training and Knowledge Sharing**:
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters, Foster knowledge sharing within the account to enhance contract management capabilities.

**MSA compliance**:
Ensure any contractual changes (CCN) are appropriately documented with financial implications understood.

**Governance**:
Oversight accountability for the Governance function ensuring MSA Governance requirements are being adhered to across the Account

**Performance**:
Executive oversight for Performance reporting across the accounts including KPI tracking and reporting and working with the Performance team and Regional Directors on strategies to continually improve / maintain KPI scores.

**Desired or preferred experience and technical skills**:
Passionate about data and analytics, with knowledge of data visualisation and analytical techniques.
Ability to demonstrate examples of having previously utilized Tableau and/or Alteryx to deliver insights through effective storytelling.
Demonstrates an ability to learn new techniques and tools, as and when identified, for example predictive modelling.
Communication - Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written), Strong understanding of analytic/statistical concepts with the ability to explain them to others.
Business awareness - An ability to understand how a complex business / account functions to influence their design thinking when developing new analytical solutions.
Team-building -Key stakeholder and collaborators are geographically dispersed. Getting results from ad hoc groups of disparate people is critical.
