**Junior Project Estimator | Northolt | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | £28,000-£30,000 per annum (OTE £32,500)**

We are looking for Project Estimators to support the sales team with the preparation of project tenders.

**What can EVI give to you?**
- 20 per year (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years) plus 8 Bank holidays

**Are you the right person for us?**

Essential experience/qualifications
- Intermediate use of MS Office
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Knowledge of/experience with CRM and database management systems/processes

**What will your role as a Junior Project Estimator look like?**
- CRM data entry, record opportunities, log history and general CRM housekeeping
- Utilise lead generation systems, portals & web to identify and research new business opportunities
- Collate tender documents, create and maintain organised filing systems for all relevant documentation
- Estimate equipment quantities using estimating software and produce workings documents using existing templates
- Liaise with suppliers and customers as/where required
- Submit quotations using template schedules and documents
- Produce reports as required
- Assist with the preparation of necessary tender/contract documentation
- Assist with the preparation of new processes to improve the sales department
- Attend meetings internally and externally as/when required and take minutes
- Competently and effectively handle sales estimating and handover process within the business
- Develop new business
- Manage & enhance client retention
- Management and Research
- To communicate effectively and consistently with internal (colleagues, suppliers, contractors) and external (clients/customers) teams
- To identify and take a proactive approach to personal development
