Are you an experienced Legal Secretary?

We are recruiting a confident, adaptable and motivated individual seeking a full time Legal Secretary position in Hereford.

**Your new role**:

- Managing the file opening process for the team
- First point of contact for clients
- First point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements
- Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions
- Drafting and formatting of letters, documents and forms
- Preparing correspondents and documents through audio typing and word-processing

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Experience within a legal environment/professional services environment
- Strong legal administration experience
- Experience in case management systems
