Responsibilities:
- Able to prepare/cook all advertised menu items
- Able to confidently bake (cakes & scones)
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper storage and labelling of ingredients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and coffee lounge
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties in both the kitchen & coffee lounge
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen role
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods (Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of our ‘First Class’ ethos
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to use initiative when working as part of a team and also independently
- High professional standards and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working as part of an all-female team
- Available to work Fridays & Saturdays (essential)

Contract length: 1-12 months
Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
