Wurth UK are looking for a full time Field Sales Consultant to join our Metal division, covering the Portsmouth area. As a Sales Consultant with Würth, you will join a generous rewards scheme, and be given the tools to build your career. Equipped with cutting edge sales training and goal setting and attainment techniques, your aim is to drive sales both within and without the client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a good relationship with new and existing customers
- To have a discussion with the customer in order to identify and understand individual needs.
- Qualify the customer’s needs, wants and desires to enable the correct products are selected.

**What we will require from you**
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Experience working in a sales environment, although not essential.
- Work well on your own initiative as well as in a team.

- Guaranteed basic salary of £22,000.
- Uncapped commission on all items sold.
