An established family run consultancy business specialising in climate systems within luxury properties are seeking an administrator to support its operations department, specifically its busy project management function.
Based in Peterborough, this is a newly created role to provide efficient, accurate and dependable office-based support for the project management team who spend a significant amount of time out of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create job folders and ERP entries for each new project
- Prepare Risk and Method Statements
- Prepare progress reports and forward to client management team
- Allocate stock to correct jobs, and schedule engineers/project managers time on site
- Create and issue project works orders/purchase orders to suppliers and contractors and reconcile and receipt against proof of delivery and invoices and forward to Finance Dept for payment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude

**Benefits**:

- Salary in the region of £23,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
- Free on-site parking
- Ideally Office based but some remote working can be agreed
- 40 hour week - with flexible working hours.
