Bodyshop Receptionist

**Job Role: Bodyshop Receptionist / Advisor**
**Location: Potters Bar (Hertfordshire)**
**Basic Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 Dependant on experience**
- Bodyshop Receptionist / Advisor
- Monday to Friday
- Potters Bar (Hertfordshire)

You will be the main point of contact for customers requiring repair to their vehicles, manage the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. Preferred experience with Autoflow is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- To manage all customer interactions on behalf of the Bodyshop
- Explain the work carried out on vehicle, ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- Accurately complete job cards and reports, including any descriptions of faults reported by the customer
- Arrange collections and deliveries with customers/recovery agents.
- General paperwork/administration
