**Main Responsibilities -**
A Lounge Multi Skill Operative will be working front of house - hosting, cleaning and kitchen porter depending on the business need. Purpose of the Job:

- To ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.
- To ensure all counters are set up to the Company’s high standard and agreed specification.
- To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
- To always ensure correct Portion Control.
- To ensure tables are cleaned and always cleared.
- Front of house and customer facing experience
- An element of food experience
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
