Rydym am benodi dau/dwy Cynorthwyydd Dosbarth Lefel 2 i’n cynorthwyo ni i gefnogi a chyflwyno dysgu ar gytundeb parhaol yn Ysgol Gymunedol Plascrug.

Dyma nod yr ysgol:

- sefydlu perthynas adeiladol gyda’r disgyblion, gan ryngweithio yn unol a’u hanghenion unigol
- herio a symbylu disgyblion, hyrwyddo ac atgyfnerthu hunan-werth
- annog disgyblion i ryngweithio ag eraill ac i gymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau o dan yr athro neu’r athrawes
- cynorthwyo gyda’r gwaith o gynllunio a chyflwyno gweithgareddau dysgu penodol

Rydym am benodi unigolyn sydd a:

- sgiliau rhifedd/llythrennedd da yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg
- sgiliau cyfathrebu gwych ac yn meddu ar y gallu i adeiladu perthnasau dros ystod oedran a gallu
- dealltwriaeth gyffredinol o’r cwricwlwm cenedlaethol/ Dysgu Sylfaen a rhaglenni/strategaethau dysgu sylfaenol eraill
- gweithio’n adeiladol a hyblyg yn rhan o dim, deall cyfrifoldebau a swyddogaethau’r ystafell ddosbarth a’ch safle bersonol o fewn y swyddogaethau hynny

Fe fydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn mwynhau gweithio mewn amgylchedd prysur, drwy ddefnyddio’u menter, gydag rhagolwg bositif a gwir ddiddordeb yn cefnogi pob disgybl o fewn y dosbarth.

Bydd angen i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus gofrestru gyda Chyngor y Gweithlu Addysg er mwyn cael ei benodi i’r swydd hon.
