**Role requirements**

As a Community Care Worker (Male) you’ll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual’s physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll need:

- At least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
- A valid Moving and Handling certificate
- The right to work in the UK

**You could make a difference to an individual's life**

In this role, you will be delivering care in the home of a service user who has autism and learning disabilities and can show behaviours of concern. You will join a supportive, enthusiastic care team to assist our service user with various aspects of day-to-dayliving, including personal care support and assistance in the community. Familiarity is important to our service user, so you'll need to be a reliable carer who strives to build positive connections with the people you care for.

Shifts: 24-hour shifts with sleeping nights. 2:1 care.
