Fabricator/welder

**Job Title**

**Welder Fabricator (Production)**
- Experienced Welder Fabricator early shift (Monday to Friday 6:00-2.15pm)
- Production TIG & Mig welding on Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel
- Fabrication skills are also required.
- Competitive hourly pay (including occasional O/T at 1.5x normal pay).
- Permanent staffing after a standard probationary period

**Responsibilities**
- Perform high quality production TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, with thicknesses ranging from 0.9mm to 10.0mm, in accordance to engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out fabrication tasks as required.
- Proficient at TIG welding in all positions and techniques.
- Conduct quality checks on your own work and promptly raise any issues when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate clearly and effectively regarding work status.
- A collaborative team player mentality and a commitment to continuous improvement

**Skills & Prior Experience (Qualifications)**
- Proven proficiency in high quality TIG & MIG Welding with thin gauge materials.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative team player mentality are essential.

**Compensation**

Based on prior experience and skillset; 1.5x overtime pay + profit share

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.30-£19.91 per hour

Expected hours: 39.75 per week
