A key appointment within our Service Delivery team, as Head of Service Delivery you will work collaboratively to support, influence and contribute to the strategic direction and operational performance of the repairs and empty homes business, ensuring it is run commercially, efficiently and safely to support our customers to thrive. You will lead and develop a large repairs and maintenance team across the region, accountable for a portfolio of approximately 22,000 homes, circa 130 colleagues and a budget of £11m to deliver consistently high levels of customer service and performance. The Head of Service Delivery will be a visible, inspirational leader who can coach, inspire and lead colleagues to continuously develop a customer-focused culture, ensuring services are provided in a safe and compliant way that achieves customer satisfaction measures. You will also support and champion business transformation programmes to embed new ways of working and capitalise on opportunities to stimulate and create innovative solutions.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Extensive experience of leading a Repairs and Maintenance Service at a senior level
- Demonstratable experience of building and developing effective senior leaders and teams through motivating and coaching
- Ability to turn strategic objectives into operational plans and delivery models
- Ability to build robust performance management frameworks and indicators that ensure Service Delivery is on track to meet its business and strategic objectives
- Ability to switch between a high-level strategic view of the business and the operational detail
- Considerable proven experience of engaging with stakeholders, internal and external and partners to drive improvements for neighbourhoods and communities
- Ability to use data and insight to drive intelligent decision making to achieve the right outcomes for our customers
- Demonstratable experience of working and managing within a regulatory landscape to ensure we are compliant in our activities, evolve against consumer standards and have foresight to respond in advance to sector change
- Ability to drive and a full UK driving licence.

This is a roaming role that will cover Staffordshire & The Marches and Central regions of the Bromford estate. Due to the nature of the role, Bromford will complete a basic DBS check for the successful applicant.
