**Cook/Kitchen Assistant - Notcutts Woodford Park Garden Centre**

Part Time - 30 hours per week. This will include working some weekends on a rota basis along with the rest of the team.

An element of flexibility is required with overtime available during peak trading periods.

Salary - £9.00 - £11.54 per hour. This is in line with national minimum / real living wages pay rates.

We are looking for an experienced Cook/Kitchen Assistant to work within the kitchen of our very busy Woodford Park Garden Centre Restaurant. Working alongside our existing highly professional and energetic Back of House team, you will assist with the prepping of ingredients and cooking of our freshly produced dishes. This role will also include kitchen porter duties. Our opening hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm, serving a comprehensive menu for **breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.**

**A massive bonus is that you will only work straight day shifts.**
- Have previous experience of working in a busy commercial kitchen
- Have previous experience of prepping food in line with brand specifications
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Be able to communicate with customers
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and on their own
