**Role Overview**

This is a fast-paced role recruiting mainly nurses for our care homes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Creating job adverts and posting on a range of platforms.
- Chasing up for interview feedback.
- Providing a weekly update to the Clinical Managers to discuss progress.
- Collate right to work documents and arrange online verification.
- Working as part of a team and being able to cover handovers for peers when they’re on annual leave.
- Champion diversity and inclusion adopting a fair and inclusive hiring process.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience as an internal recruiter.
- Experience using ATS tools.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Working at pace and being able to manage the expectations of various managers.
