Willowgreen Malton are offering an excellent and exciting opportunity to join our expanding team of professional and highly dedicated estate agents.
**Lettings Coordinator, Willowgreen Malton**
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining regular contact with Landlord and Tenants and updating them on the progress of their tenancies.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with landlords and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Carrying out property inspections.
- Ensuring high level of customer service is delivered to clients by getting back to inquiries ASAP
- Checking, updating and progressing all the paperwork and requirements for each tenancy (including legal contracts and works)
- Updating the CRM with data, any changes to the tenancies and outstanding tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Highly Organised, positive attitude and a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and admin support
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in English (writing and speaking).
- Ability to learn and work with software and tools, including property management software and CRM.
- Strong understanding of the property market and previous experience in lettings administration would be a bonus
- Great at communicating and excellent rapport building skills
- Ability to deal with complaints and work under pressure
- A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
