**Duties and responsibilities for the After Sales Coordinator role include**:

- Dealing with all aspects of aftersales for their existing portfolio of customers.
- Booking and processing all elements of servicing and repairs.
- Ensure that you meet the maintenance needs of your customers
- Raising quotations and obtain costings from suppliers
- Booking/scheduling engineers diaries
- Arranging delivery of parts
- Processing orders and invoices

**Skills and experience required for the After Sales Coordinator role**:

- Previous Customer service coordination experience
- Preferably coordinated engineers
- Confident with a proactive attitude
- Good telephone manner
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- React to change quickly
- Take ownership of tasks and enjoys solving problems
