Nights Floor Leaders provide crucial care and support to residents with a wide variety of conditions and illnesses to assist in all aspects of their daily life. Your responsibilities will include: all aspects of personal care for ‘Residential’ residents including liaising with Doctors, District Nurses, Social Workers and other professionals in relation to their care. To assist with the administration of medication to ‘Residential’ residents. To create and update personal care records for Residential residents on our electronic system.
