Reporting to the Consolidation Associate, the MRO Invoicing Associate will support the Process Leader Purchase to Pay in ensuring that all accounts payable processing is carried our efficiently and accurately, in line with Corporate Policy and Customers are provided with a service level, which meets or exceeds the expectations as agreed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This is a part time (24 hours per week), fixed term position for a period of 12 months, based at our European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine and available for Hybrid Working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform invoice processing for Indirect supplier invoices.
- Resolving invoice queries in line with agreed supplier terms.
- Dealing with supplier queries.

Knowledge Required:

- Previous experience of processing high volume employee expenses preferred. Full training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of service delivery - customer needs.
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Ideally knowledge of SAP but not essential.
- Previous experience of processing high volume supplier invoices.
