The Old Rectory Nursing Home inis a well established family run care home offering first class residential and nursing care to the elderly. We endorse a holistic approach which is sensitive to the needs of every resident. We focus on creating a warm andsafe environment for our residents while maintaining their privacy, dignity independence and rights.

**The Health Care Assistant - Nights role**:
The role involves the daily care for our residents, this includes helping with personal care, meals, promoting independence, supporting social and recreational activities and spending time on a one to one basis with each resident.

**Schedule**: 6 and 12 hour Night shift

**Our ideal Health Care Assistant - Nights**:
We are looking for an individual who possesses a caring nature, good communication skills, patience and the ability to work as part of our close knit friendly team.

To be successful in the role, 1 years Care Assistant experience is preferred but not necessary.

You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
