Our Occupational Health Department needs an experienced, OH qualified clinical lead/deputy to our head of service, to deliver significant advances in proactive care for our workforce. The role will require the post holder to have an Occupational Health clinical background, who is highly knowledgably, skilled and experienced in this specialty who is able to work to this enhanced role.

This is an exciting and challenging career move that will support our OH team to achieve its strategic goals while simultaneously being part of the OHA case management team. The successful applicant will also deputise for the head of service and lead on n agreed specialist area such as health surveillance.

This post is a new and exciting opportunity for the service and we are we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and quality driven qualified Occupational Health practitioner to join our team.

Post OH qualification experience preferably within an NHS setting.

Critically, the post holder will be a great team member, personally delivering OH work as well as being responsible for provision of compassionate yet stretching leadership to develop our small OHA and nursing team.
