This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join Penna's lively, ambitious, and collaborative Performance Media team. The Performance Media team is comprised of specialists in paid search, socialmedia, programmatic display and data sciences. This role offers a unique opportunity to be trained and become specialised in all aspects of Digital Marketing (paid and organic). You will also gain experience in the recruitment space, which is by far one ofthe most growing industry

**A typical day**
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across our team and the wider organisation
- Producing campaign insights and commentaries for our weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports
- Supporting the Performance Media team to conduct keyword and audience research, and running competitor analysis for our paid campaigns (Paid Search, Programmatic, Social) and SEO activities
- Producing content for our company blog and newsletter while conducting industry research
- Supporting our social media content team with post scheduling and optimisation
- Proactively contributing to team meetings & business knowledge share

**You must have**
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

**Skills needed** | Communication | Creativity | Learning
- Have a strong desire to learn and add value to the team
- Good time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise
- Be detail oriented, highly organised, with a keen eye for consistency
- Willing to learn to produce concise and engaging content
- Highly numerate / mathematical skills with basic statistical knowledge
- Good degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Excel is essential, relational database experience
- Practical knowledge on social media (Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok)
