This job is to work alongside an experienced builder. The job is a bungalow extension and conversion to 2 storey dwelling. The groundwork and extension walls are nearly complete.

The next phase is to demolish and clear the bungalow roof, lay new joists throughout and pitch the new roof. You should have a minimum 5 yrs experience working multi-trade with strong carpentry skills and be willing and able to work competently in all of the following list of trades.

Demolition and strip-out

All aspects of 1st fix carpentry - joisting, studwork, flooring, door-linings, fitting jiffy hangers, bolting. Any experience roof pitching would be a bonus.

Cutting and fitting rigid insulation

Fixing plasterboard to stud and dot and dab.

Basic decorating
