These include: Clinical Lead for pulmonary rehab, respiratory out-patients and for respiratory physio for inpatients Managing a caseload of clients with complex needs Clinical audit and service development/evaluation Organising and implementing training programs for staff Team working across settings. Managing staff Multi-disciplinary working at a senior level Advanced reasoning skills High level problem solving skills Ability to expertly use and apply a range of assessment and treatment techniques Weekend working and participation in the out-of-hours oncall service are required Leading service development initiatives and operational team management Deputising for the team leader as required
