Rail Translink
The Project Management Assistant role is based within our Translink business area.

The role
The difference our new Project Management Assistant will make
As a Project Management Assistant, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will support the Project Management Team with a full range of administrative duties associated in the everyday management of projects and in accordance with company standards.

Day to day, you’ll provide administration support to the project team and associated sub-contractors to ensure the successful completion of a project.

**Essential experience**:

- Knowledge of Administration Procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience of working within an office environment
