We require a **BAKER **for a busy bakery in Cupar.

Hours**:39 per week**

Days**:Sunday - Friday** with a midweek night off

Times: Mon
- Thurs **6pm - 2.45am**, Friday **5pm
- 12.20am**

Pay**: Negotiable depending on experience**

**This is a bit more details on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Be able to produce consistently high quality products
- Ability to follow recipes closely with strong attention to detail
- Using production machinery including mixers, ovens etc
- Ensure that there is no cross contamination of products
- Ensure waste is kept to a minimum

It should be noted that this is not an exhaustive list of duties.
- Have 3 years minimum experience in a professional baking environment
- Have a positive attitude and a good work ethic
- Be reliable, methodical and organised
- Must have high standards of personal and food hygiene.
- Have good communication skills and work well as part of a team
- Be able to work own own initiative
- Be flexible, supportive and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Close attention to detail when working to timescales is also desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.97-£14.71 per hour
