Childcare Practitioner

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are looking for a committed and experienced individual to join our team in Gosport, working with students in our Early Years age group. As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children of all abilities.

In this role, your responsibilities will include creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for the children, planning, and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing the children's progress, and working closely with parents and colleagues to provide the best possible care and education. Additionally, you will be expected to support children with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring that all children have equal access to learning opportunities and receive the support they need to thrive. If you have a Level 3 Childcare Qualification, at least 1-year previous classroom-based experience, and a genuine desire to work in the education sector on a long-term basis, we would love to hear from you.
