**Gymnastics Coach - WEST LONDON GYMNASTICS**

Location: Perivale, West London

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Salary**: Competitive/ Based on experience

West London Gymnastics is a leading rhythmic gymnastics club based in London, dedicated to nurturing gymnasts and offering a variety of Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite classes for girls aged 4 and above, across two venues.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach to join our professional team.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and implement training programs for gymnasts of all levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
- Provide individualised coaching and support to enhance each gymnast's skills and performance.
- Plan and lead practice sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment both with and without apparatus.
- Monitor and assess gymnast progress, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to training plans.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain a cohesive and effective training program.
- Stay up to date with the latest techniques, rules, and developments in rhythmic gymnastics.
- Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere within the club.
- Passionate about helping girls of all ages learn or improve on their gymnastics skills.
- Always looking to seek out development opportunities and potential ideas to further improve the service we provide.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Certification from British Gymnastics or an equivalent recognised body is preferred, but not compulsory
- DBS Check
- In-depth knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and regulations.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and execute effective training sessions.
- A background in General and/or Rhythmic Gymnastics, or Dance
