Pharmacy/dispensary Assistant

We a re looking for a full-time member of staff to join our busy rural pharmacy. As part of our experienced healthcare team you will work within the dispensary and assist with over the counter sales.

Essential criteria
- previous community pharmacy experience preferred
- good numeracy and literacy skills
- ability to work as part of a team and also use your own initiative in a fast paced environment

Desirable Criteria

Previous experience of dealing with administrative tasks and delivering pharmacy services. Blood pressure service, smoking cessation, Minor ailments, vaccination clinics or willingness and interest to get involved in dispensary administration and services.

Strong professional support required to assist Pharmacists working within the dispensary.
