Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-to-one or small group support to SEN students in the classroom
- Assist teachers in adapting lesson plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students
- Some assistance with personal care tasks, including feeding, toileting, and dressing
- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for SEN students
- Monitor and track the progress of SEN students and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Work collaboratively with teachers, other staff members, and external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for SEN students<
- Build positive relationships with SEN students, teachers, and parents to promote a collaborative learning environment
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with SEN students, preferably as a Teaching Assistant
- Knowledge of the needs and learning strategies of SEN students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
