**Key Responsibilities**:
Host important discovery and onboarding meetings with customers by zoom.

Proactively manage the booking of customers to our events.

Deliver on event-attendance targets.

Ensure our clients have the greatest experience in their journey.

Support clients with any requirements and do whatever it takes.

**The Person**:
Confident, engaging and bubbly

Has an 'above and beyond' nature when delivering support to clients and team-mates.

Thrive on meeting targets.

Excel in communication - phone, digital and zoom.

Super organised.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- This role requires lots of zoom and phone calls in helping our hundreds of business owners. Its fun and rewarding. But you must be confident and have a strong work ethic and be experienced in hosting such calls. Administration is a smaller part of the role.
