**The Company**:
Our client is aB2B consultancy business based in Clifton, Bristol. They work with a range of blue chip customers across the UK and Europe.They provide consultancy services to companies to ensure both security and continuous of business and assist toensure down time is illuminated.They have partnerships with some of the key technology vendors in this arena.They are a small and growing team and are looking for a new key member of staff.

**The Role**:
Our client is looking for a Client Services (Delivery Manager).This isn’t a Delivery Manager role but working for a SME and managing all the delivery of service / project to their clients and ensuring that the engineers are completing work on time, onbudget and accuracy.You will also be responsible for all client contact and managing the whole process of onboarding their project.

Responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate team resourcing and booking of consultant to projects
- Contribute to creation of project delivery plan (responsible for resource, effort, budget, scheduling)
- Approval/accept responsibility for delivery of Statement of Work and delivery plan
- Monitor projects, reporting on progress vs budget
- Ensure that project delivery process is being followed and communicate deviations
- Organise and attend customer project meetings (typically remotely) where needed, organise project sprints
- Report on project progress/issues in weekly internal delivery review meeting
- Set up and maintain project information in project management tool
- Check and chase timesheet bookings and other project management information
- Assist accounts with invoicing process
- Monitor projects collectively against a monthly delivery objective
- Contribute to staff performance reviews

**The Person**

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Experience in a similar role for a SME, technical knowledge isn’t essential, however you would have worked for a tech company or perhaps professional services
- Organised, methodical and process-driven approach to tasks
- Understanding and practice of basic project management principles: defining project objectives, planning, risk management, communications and stakeholder management, learning and improvement
- Familiarity with managing project budgets, and planning resource allocation.
- Experience working in a technology delivery environment
- Some familiarity with principles of cyber-security, and/or IT operations management
- Must be able to communicate well at all levels within the organisation both internal and external clients.
- Must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines from both business and project perspective.

Clifton, Bristol (with hybrid working)

**The Hours**:
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week )(3 days in the office)

**Salary**:
£35-45,000
