Brand Specialist

**Job description**
- Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales. Together we are Disability Gamechangers. We work to a society where all disabled people enjoy equality and fairness. We campaign tirelessly for everyday equality for disabled people.We are delighted to offer a part-time 12 month fixed term contract to an Brand Specialist to join our dynamic in-house brand team and deliver an exciting brand refresh.

An incredible opportunity has emerged to play a pivotal role in transforming Scope and making us fit for purpose as we enter a new organisational lifecycle.

**Fixed term until March 2025, Part time 21 hours per week**

**Location**: You can live anywhere in England or Wales and work at home if that suits you best. Some travel to Scope head office will be expected but you do not have to live in London.

We are looking for someone who can pick up a high profile and extensive project and see it through to completion. You’ll work closely with a creative brand agency and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a highly effective and revolutionary brand refresh that will take us closer to our goal of achieving equality for all disabled people.

**About you**

To be successful, you will:

- Have experience of developing brands, in particular managing rebrands or a brand refresh and embedding that across a complex organisation.
- Be resilient and comfortable with being highly accountable.
- Show strong initiative, integrity and be able to make recommendations to senior stakeholders and take decisions at an executive level.
- Excel at working collaboratively - adapting style and approach accordingly - and recognising when and where to involve others in decision-making.
- Have extensive experience of working with creative agencies as well as in-house teams.
- Have a solid understanding of working with people with lived experience and a passion for championing the voice of disabled people is crucial in this role.

The role involves extensive stakeholder engagement with people at all levels across Scope and you should demonstrate leadership and ability to bring colleagues along on the journey.
