Reed Technology is delighted to co-partner with SCPHA to exclusively deliver a number of hires to join their growing project team.

This will cover but is not limited to, how customers interact, their journey, user centred design principles, and new up to date data pipelines and reporting dashboards for the business to be able to interpret and utilise for better decision making.

The project provides the opportunity to provide expertise on fresh and modern led user interfaces. The very latest technology is being utilised/implemented at SCPHA where they are keen to invest, modernise and future proof their infrastructure.

In terms of the Project/organisation working environment they encourage a very amicable, fun, respectful team with everyone contributing towards collaborative approach and culture. **Agile Business Analyst**
Working as a member of an Agile Scrum Team, you are responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology, helping to write processes, and write requirements (agile user stories).

As a Business Analyst, you will play an integral part across the business. This will include requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, process mapping, coordination of user testing and data analysis. You will be a vital area of the businesswhich sits in the software team but as part of the wider business.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You’ll have experience of having worked as part of an agile scrum team previously.
- Previous success as a agile business analyst.
- Experience in requirements analysis, strong analytical skills and BA experience in both business change & IT.
- Have an understanding of the overall IT and business change strategy and providing influence and input to ensure that projects run smoothly and to the satisfaction of all parties in the business.
- Engage with all parts of the business to create functional specifications from business requirements and then liaising with the teams across the business
- Demonstrate that you are a critical thinker and problem solver.
- Have great business acumen, situational awareness, and strong emotional intelligence.
- Driven and have tenacity to get to the root of problems, to get things done and deliver business value.
- Demonstrate that you're an excellent communicator and able to comprehend and translate technical or complex issues clearly to meet the competency level of the audience.
- Have worked at a software / technology / ecommerce company and/or worked with an IT Operations and/or IT infrastructure teams.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- You will have worked on software development projects before.
