As a Nursery Assistant you will provide assistance to the Nursery team in the daily running of the Room. Ultimately you will support the goals and objectives of the nursery, assisting the Nursery Team in the organisation of high quality childcare. You will be key to raising the quality of early years provision and act as an agent of change to improve practice in the nursery including providing a safe, caring environment to enable the emotional, social and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities. You will also help to lead and implement good practice across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), support team members and model the skills and behaviours that safeguard and promote good outcomes for children

**Qualifications required**
- 6 months experience working in a nursery setting - Must
