**The role?**

The role will include building and maintaining good relationships with existing hiring manager

Dealing with inbound roles

Utilising jobs boards and recruitment techniques to attract talent to roles.

**Ideally, you will have the following background/attributes**:

- Recent graduate or come from a sales or customer-facing role
- Thrive in a competitive environment
- Have ambitious goals and be financially driven
- Be innovative in your approach to challenges
- Be collaborative
