**What you can expect as a Learning Content Developer**:

- Salary of £28-£33k
- 12-month FTC (with a high possibility of going permanent)

As our new Learning Content Developer, you will design, develop and maintain high-quality online learning interventions. Highly creative, with a passion for online learning, video production and the latest in eLearning development responsibilities, engaging, consulting and delivering innovative learning and solution needs, whilst creating and managing these solutions end to end.

You’ll get to work with Talent and Development Managers and Digital Learning Specialists to design and develop CBT materials (including evaluations and assessments whilst leading on the creation of fresh, exciting, blended learning content leveraging the use of technology enabled learning ad design principles.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Create bespoke graphics, video and digital solutions for visually engaging and brand compliant projects that are effective from a learner’s perspective.
- Develop branded templates for use within interactive content.
- Maintain existing eLearning portfolio including any updates/edits/links.
- Internal client management and general project communication.
- Quality assurance for the eLearning development process, management reports and database records.
- Create and embed processes for the continual evolution of creative learning standards across the Group.
- Become confident at creating or advising on digital solutions for learner engagement.
- Develop relationships with learning technology experts and 3rd party suppliers.

**Things we need from you**:

- Relevant learning design qualification(s) (e.g. TAP/CIPD/University). Or relevant experience
- Accredited training qualification e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF) or equivalent.
- Strong experience in the creation of bespoke graphics and other visual assets. Experience of video or animation scripting, production and editing or image manipulation.
- Strong track record in creating highly engaging learning programmes (eLearning and digital).
- Excellent project management skills with ability to organise workloads, meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Able to evaluate business impacts of learning through KPIs, insights and learner experience.

**Experience using the following platforms**:

- Experience using Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate and instructional design methodologies.
- Competent in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI and Universal Design standards and specifications
