**Business Development Manager Commercial Fire & Security Install | East Anglia | £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE: £90,000 - £100,000)**
A brand-new role has come available for a talented multi-disciplined commercial business development manager to work around the East Anglia area (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire)-. Our client is going through an intenseperiod of acquisition and organic growth, which is reflected in their ambitious but very much realistic growth plans and projections. Due to these growth plans, our client is seeking Sales professionals to be at the full front of these projections. You willbe responsible for identifying and developing new business with end users, Electrical Contractors and Consultants who require Fire & Security Protection and Detection Systems. This role is very much a solution-based role where you will be in contact with clientsto help them with the specification process all the way through till closing the sale. Meaning a good understanding of both Sales processes and Design is going to allow you to hit the ground running. In addition to getting new leads and selling new installsyou will also have access to the existing database of clients where some account management and up-selling of the companies' products and services across the portfolio will be required.
**About You**
- Ideally you will have a successful record of achieving targets with a combination of large and small contracts, as well as being able to generate new business sales from leads.
- This role ideally requires someone with a good client base and someone who can hit the ground running.
- Some experience in designing specifications to BS5839, BS6266 and BS7273 Fire Alarm Standards.
- Consistently achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets with key focus on but not restricted to contractors and consultants
- Activity Driven
- Must have good organisation skills to collate appropriate information and ensure all correct documentation is utilised.
- Attend sales appointments with a view to selling all the Company's products and services
- Identify new leads and business opportunities.
- Develop account strategies to maximise sales opportunities
- Must be able to provide reliable sales forecasts to the Sales Manager on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

**Package**
- £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable) + (Commission & Bonuses)
