Stores Assistant

This role would ideally suit an individual who has previous experience of working in a distribution/warehouse environment.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

- Ensuring stores are available in the correct locations to meet operational and customer requirements, ensuring all stock movement is appropriately documented.
- Maintaining the computerised stock system.
- Reporting to Stores Management issues regarding stock.
- Undertaking monthly stock checks
- Maintaining a tidy and efficient stores environment, ensuring an awareness of stock items.
- Monitoring of product quality and reporting any problems.
- Place packaged pet’s ashes into drivers cages ready for delivery back to veterinary clients

- The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- The ability to carry out instructions and meet deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills required to be able to complete Company documentation and liaise with colleagues at all levels.
- Full Driving Licence is required.
- Forklift licence is preferred.

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
