**£23,000 Stockport**

**Full time (hybrid working included)**

**Start date January/February 2023**

As a Customer Care Agent operating within a high performing member care team, you will spend your day building rapport and developing relationships with existing customers delivering an outstanding level of customer service involving nurturing conversationsand generating opportunities. You will have a natural and caring approach along with a genuine passion for all things customer service.

- Previous telephone or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
