**Ledger Clerk**
The Ledger Clerk is responsible for the preparation of financial reports, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. This position is also responsible for the preparation of monthly reports and other financial information. This position will assist the Accounting Manager with special projects as requested.
**Essential Functions**:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for various departments.
- Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable reports.
- Prepare general ledger postings.
- Prepare sales tax returns and sales tax payments.
- Prepare payroll entries and prepare weekly checks.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Assist accounting manager with special projects as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all personnel files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client files in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Salary**: £21,979.00-£22,954.00 per year
