**Main Purpose**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a premier team of Education Services Specialists at the NSA, Royal Air Force Menwith Hill, United Kingdom.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as point of contact, liaison, and advocate for workforce training and development needs, of affiliates located in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will work with local, regional, and enterprise-wide customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify, document, and advance potential learning requirements for career development.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, sustaining, mentoring and shadowing opportunities for regional workforce. You will also assist with the advertising and running of National Cryptologic University courses, you will collect requirements, advertise,

and assist in running courses as necessary to include but not limited to adding learners to virtual learning environments,

sending welcome letters and answering learners’ questions.

You will maintain the regional mentor database and connect mentors with potential mentees, routinely perform outreach and facilitate small group discussions around mentoring topics, to include the importance of mentoring. Actively engage in and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility efforts to advance the mission.

**Other Important Information**
- Hours of work: 08.00 - 16.30 Mon to Fri. Start & end times may be modified due to mission needs and in accordance with organization’s flexible working policies.
- Will be required to handle and safeguard sensitive information in accordance with applicable US and UK laws, rules, and regulations.
- Must obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.
- May be assigned other duties that are appropriate to the grade and skill set of the employee.
- May be required to travel by military and/or civilian aircraft in the performance of official duties or attend necessary training. Position may be coded as mission essential.
- A 6-month probationary period will be required.
- Overtime may be required.
- May be required to travel overnight to US or other countries in the performance of official duties or attend necessary training.

1. Keeps abreast of developments in the educational counseling field and career field needs of the Air Force as well as occupational needs in civilian life by regularly reading a variety of professional journals and related publications.

2. Must meet the positive education requirements as stipulated by US OPM for the 1740 occupational series.
